I'm retarded and shaved my head at the start of feb (2nd), I'm currently at 1.6-1.7cm of hair (grew from 0, in 47 days). I need to get back to my normal 7-9cm range as soon as I can.

Do you guys have any serious oil recommendation, massages, things to avoid, dietary recommendations etc.? I'm so desperate

(currently at work so I can't go through other threads, if you've got links to a thread that'd also be appreciated)
