track your micronutrients with cronometer.com if ur not hitting every rda 100% reevaluate your diet. you should be eating 3x carbs as protein so if ur eating 130 protein then you need to eat 390g carbohydrate. keep your fat less than 20%.

fruits (oranges, blueberries, kiwi, strawberries, orange juice, grape juice), red meat, lean chicken, rice, potatoes, 3-5 ingredient unenriched bread, oysters, eggs, low fat milk, lowfat greek yogurt, coconut water, coke, low fat candy

Always pair protein with carbohydrate during meals, try to source the leanest protein available keep your fat low if your doing high carb, dont overuse oils when cooking measure fats with a tsp/tbsp its easy to overdo.

yw blud ive been doing ray peat diet for 7 years now its helps with hair growth i also got a hair transplant.
keeping intestinal inflammation low is key.
daily carrot is helpful. just eat 1 carrot per day.
and try to poop everyday.
dont goon to keep prolactin low.
sunbathe to lower estrogen/prolactin. light is also antifungal alot of balding cases are scalp fungal overgrowth.
