Hair help

I feel like my hair has started thinning in the front and now more allround i always had a bit longer hair and very full and thick but it’s a lot different now and it has als recently started growing really weird I used to have very thick straight hair and now in the front the sides are curling up and it randomly grown to the left and right and I cant do anything with it cus it also kind of hopes up in one place I am 18 does anyone know how to fix this preferbly in a natural way
