Hair is Life, no hair is no life (Buzzcutmax)

Which one mogs? These are twins, one had cancer or some shit, the other one doesn't, who mogs? Obviously the one with hair right? Why is this? Is it because of the skull shape looking different with hair? With attraction there are 2 stages, the difference (biologically why it makes sense to be more attracted to one) and the reason how (how does it make them more attractive consciously) and obviously hair biologically is more attractive because it shows lack of illness, but for the second one it could be lot of reasons, maybe it makes her more cute, maybe because her skull looks weird with no hair, can anybody help me with this?

as you can see her hair makes her like 2/10 smv right? but why? there has to be more to it than just no hair right? How does it make her go from 2/10 to 7/10? No way 1 feature alone can make 5 points difference
