In this guide I will go over face shapes and haircuts. Let me know if you want a more detailed guide on supplements, products etc.
Face shapes determine what haircut suits you best, but overall the most versatile is the mod cut at various lengths, (short, medium, long) as the longer the hair the more flaws it draws attention from or even covers. For example if you have pointy or wider ears, having longer hair on the side will cover the insecurity. In my case I have a big nose so I have more volume in the back of my hair to draw the eye to my hair, and giving the illusion of a smaller nose from a side profile POV.
If you have a square face shape (as seen above) you will want to draw the eye away from the wideness or your head by having a hair style that is longer+taller on the top, and shorter on the sides. For example a textured crop, or for curly/wavy hair have your curls/waves on the top, and taper the sides and I would reccomend a fade on the back for once.
If you have an oval face shape (this is what I have) I would highly recommend a medium-long length modcut. Focusing on longer sides and back, make sure to get layers. layers are essential to your hair not looking like a helmet, and instead giving it volume and texture. A modcut is best for this head shape because it draws attention away from the longer face, and it gives the illusion that your head is wider than it looks.
For rectangle/oblong I would recommend the exact same as the oval face shape, but get a longer modcut.
The round head shape is similar to the square head shape, apart from I would recommend adding asymmetry to your hair (for example a 30/70 and focus on adding height to your hair to stray away from looking like the moon.
For the diamond head shape, get any haircut you want, you can rock anything, but of course I am going to recommend the modcut at any length.
The triangle head shape is probably the worst shape on this list, you have a wide jaw and a narrow forehead, so for this I would recommend a messy/textured fringe, medium length on the sides to make your forehead as wide as your jaw, and for the top, again just add some volume so it doesn't sit flat.
