hair question

I have straight hair and why does my hair look best when not washed and more oily? It sounds nasty as hell but when the days I used shampoo + conditioner it looks shit and frizzy. Is it the hair product? Or hair type? Im not really to educated on this.

cause you probably use a lot of shampoo. It sucks out all the sebum which in turn disturbs the balance and makes your scalp more sebum to compensate
