Hair starting to thin… now what

I have pretty thick hair, and always had great growth and density. I’m a retard and have been blow drying my hair and towel rubbing and now I’m noticing it’s thinning. I can see my scalp much easier now beneath my hair. I’m 20 and my hairline isn’t receding. What should I do?
