Thanks to my genes i will he bald in my early twenties if i don't do anything, this made me wonder, how effective is hair transplant as last resort as i've seen a lot of fails on media

Hair transplants are a subpar plastic surgery. It's a crapshoot even with the very best specialists. The data stating a >95 % success rate with super high regrowth is absolute bogus. (source : a friend of mine who's been working around and with these very best specialists for 15+ years)

It's only really worth it if you have ideal characteristics :
low norwood
dense donor area
high number of multiple-hair follicular units in the donor area
thick hair caliber
textured hair (curly > straight)
low color contrast between hair and skin (e.g. blonde hair on fair skin, dark hair on brown skin)
healthy scalp (vascularity+)

If you tick most of these boxes, then, yeah, you can give it a try.
But you still won't be guaranted a high regrowth.
Don't be fooled by showcased results that are outliers and/or frauded in some ways (lighting, angle, wet hair VS dry hair, color dye, length & style, thickening fibers, etc.).
The most realistic outcome for the average hair transplant is a partial regrowth or a transplanted density that will look mediocre once grown out.

If you are >18 yo, you should hop immediately on finasteride, minoxidil, and microneedling (dermastamp). It works to varying degrees in most cases. I'd recommend to start with a fin+min lotion, in order to reduce the risk of side effects (topical fin will only reduce your DHT serum by 20 %, while still targetting efficiently DHT in the scalp).

How old are you ? Have you noticed early signs of hair loss (miniaturisation = individual hair getting thinner and less pigmented ; oily/itchy scalp, dandruff, etc.) ? And are you on any hair loss treatment atm ?

I'm 17 and i have been receding since i was like 16. I'm using minoxidil on the area, ketoconazole shampoo and dermarolling 3 times a week, i cannot do more than this rn. When i finish growing i will start dht blockers and maybe get a small hair transplant if i get my money right

I've been using a fin+min lotion for 2 months and a half, and the results are starting to show (resurrecting my temple peaks). Consistency pays off, and I'm now looking forward to the next 10 months or so.

I've been using a fin+min lotion for 2 months and a half, and the results are starting to show (resurrecting my temple peaks). Consistency pays off, and I'm now looking forward to the next 10 months or so.

Hair transplants are the worst surgery in existence. I went to a famous surgeon and my hair is completely ruined. The only surgeons worth considering are the ones in Switzerland and Brazil charging between 20 and 50,000 dollars.

99% of the surgeons in Turkey wouldn't be able to survive and have a career anywhere outside of Turkey. Their only selling point is price. Surgeons in USA, Europe, and Thailand are better, on average than Turkish surgeons. If I was considering Turkey, I would compare the best surgeons in Turkey to surgeons in other parts of the world, like Thailand.

Oh yes I also had Thailand in mind. But I thought they were of the same quality as turkey.
