Hair transplant or fh lowering. Which one would yield better results?

I'm indecisive about which one to get. Maybe I need to get both but which one first. What do you guys think.

As you can see my forehead is large and also my temples are very recessed. I use my hair to hide about a finger of it but its just not enough. I'm on min and dut btw.

Depending on your age, I'd be careful about getting an aggressive hairline transplant.
If you're under 25, there a higher risk that the transplanted hairs could minaturize in the future.
You also risk depleting your donor zone for grafts that may be needed later in life.
