What's the minimum Norwood most Turkish clinics would give you a HT from? And do they only take it from the side/back of your head or can they use body hair?
Maintaining around NW2 on fin+minox (having previously approached NW2.5-3 whilst blasting roids with no hairloss prevention protocol) and keeping my test dose to 200mg and only ever adding in anavar or ostarine for short runs for the future but sometimes I get scared about what I'd do if it got worse again because I don't want to come off test completely and I also don't want to have to resort to dutasteride.
I'm also considering just getting a HT to NW1 anyway if I can but I want to see if I can use stuff like dermapen and oral castor oil on top of my current regimen to improve it further over the next year or two first.

It doesn't depend on if it is an American, European, Turkish, or Indian clinic, which Norwood scale baldness stage they operate on. If you are very young (below 20-24), and using testosterone an ethical clinic most probably won't take your case (understandably), and you'd better be honest with the doctor, not to get down the rabbit hole running after your hairloss. Usually BHT is only after the donor hair is depleted, or if the body hair is high quality (there is a professional scale for that as well). So your best bet is to use minox/fina and vitamin B's plus ketokonazole, and lower the testosterone input (if you haven't medical indication for using it), sorry, hard truth it is.

No, it depends on what is the goal of the clinic, money making machine, or ling term stable result, so no, they shouldn't take a case llike that, that's the point, read back.

Every case has to be evaluated individually, when someone is quite young, using roids, the donor capacity is around average and has active androgenetic alopecia is NOT a candidate for HT, as simple, as is. It doesn't mean some shady clinics wouldn't take the person. The issue isn't rthe short term result (2-3 years after), but the long-term consequences, if someone is young, the motive is, I'm now young, want to look good, the regret comes closer to 30 or above. The donor area is finite..

There is a so called anamnesis sheet in every hair clinic (your own physical anamnesis, family anamnesis so forth), that one has to be measured with good quality front, 1/4 etc photos (I won't name all to bore you), when all these factors are present, and your alopecia is not rapid (by genetics or 5-ARI-s (fina, duta) and you have a good quality donor (surface area, density, hair thickness, coverage value), than you might be a candidate, but again, it has to be assessed individually. Usually roids and very young age are red flags.
