Hair transplant?

Yo I'm 17 and I got a pretty big forehead and slightly recessed hairline. My forehead has a certain look to it so I think if I get a hairtransplant it will look pretty natural. Also my hair growths slow as shit. And I mean SLOW. Do I have to wait till I'm full bald to get a hair transplant or nah? Sorry If I gave lack of info appreciate any help.

Like I'm between norwood 1 and 2 I guess best to describe it. But the main problem is my big forehead. But the actual hairline is not severly reccesed if you know what I mean now
