Hairline lowering surgery questions

How serious is the risk of raising eyebrows? I have positive tilted low set eyebrows and don't wanna ruin my good eye area which i got compliments on (also don't wanna look like a cuck and still wanna look intimidating at times)

Does anything limit this surgery? Such as scalp elasticity, skull shape, age etc?

Need info on this surgery since it will ascend me the most and it will be the first surgery i will be getting (maybe the last)

Also that schizoid doesn't need the surgery. Low hairline/small forehead is a meme and can throw off harmony if not careful

pics are deleted but his result looked perfect. he didn't go too low. his before wasn't a mega failo but still a clear improvement. idk about raising eyebrows tbh.
