Which option do you guys think is best for lowering a naturally high hairline with no recession?

Hairline lowering:

Pros:
  • Instant results
  • Same hairline shape
  • Surgery is only 1 hour
Cons:
  • Visible scar on hairline
  • Will need to get transplants to fill in the hairline if you start receding
  • Possibility of eyebrows being raised if there isn't enough scalp laxity

Hairline transplant:

Pros:
  • No scar
  • Choose hairline shape
  • No tightening of scalp
Cons:
  • Takes 1 year for hair to grow back
  • Surgery takes a LONG time
  • Possibility of having terrible density once it grows back and needing another transplant

What do you guys think? Planning on getting one of these before summer ends. My hairline is the only thing stopping me from being a normie/htn.

Scalp advancement is far from instant results. You will likely have some shock hair loss around the incision for a few months

bro can you elab?

low set eyebrows are a looksmax.
Harline lowering is a rithydectomy in which forehead skin is stretched up and scalp skin is stretched down.
Pulling up forehead skin leads to eyebrows pulled up too

They take precautions to ensure the eyebrows aren't raised. It's an issue that they take into consideration using stabilizer and such.

I'm looking into hair systems right now,

basically I want a hairpiece to be able to cover part of my forehead also, don't know if it's possible.

Hair transplants have come along way. IF you go to the right doctor, he could possibly dense pack up to 55-60 FU per cm, which is more then enough in terms of density. 50-55 would be just as sufficient too. But most doctors doe 25-30 FU per cm because they're cucks who make more money that way.

sauce? seems like the common opinion is you can't pack too much in one sitting because the grafts wouldn't survive, which is why you usually need two sessions. thoughts?
