Hairline question

So my hair receeded again
But only on the one temple and the other temple is completely untouched

but the one temple that did receed went back a fair bit

wtf is happening

I’m currently microneedlig it

like the new recession on the temple isn’t full on receeded, there is still sparse hairs going up to the initial hairline before they just are spaced out from each other, like maybe 50ish hairs
