I've heard that Aromasin converts to an androgen 40x stronger than DHT.

So if you are using TRT and need AI to prevent gyno, but Aromasin can cause hairloss.

Does Arimidex have this same issue? What's the best way to lower estrogen without raping hair.

Don't worry tho almost no one got hair loss using aromasin .
Theres diffrence between theories and practicality.
You can use letrozole tho if you still don't want to use asin

vitamin e and progesterone lower E but not enough to counter supraphysiological amounts of T, maybe prolactin inhibitors help too but i need to research more on it

if this was true then the vast majority of people who have used aromasin would’ve reported hair loss within literal days, something 40x stronger than dht would turn most people fully bald very quickly jfl

More likely you get telogen effluvium (completely reversable) and you start losing hair across your entire body like I did

te is not reversible in some cases and even in case it is it speeds up onset of androgenic alopecia because hair shedding cycles are finite before follicle starts to miniaturize

Yes I got TE and it raped my hair it's been pretty thin since then. It progressed miniaturization of my hair heavily. Your hairs aren't infinite, they live in cycles and the more cycles you go through the weaker the hairs return. If you shed your head you just aged yourself 5 fucking years. That's why it speeds up MPB.

Only 15% of it converts to an androgen If i recall correctly. I was using aromasin and noticed increased shedding and stopped because of it. Could be unrelated or it could be the initial shed from finasteride(I started taking fin too) Btw estrogen by itself has protective properties on hair so just the act of inhibiting aromatization can have negative effects although it depends how much.

obviously this is different per person but i started rapidly shedding from 50 to 300 hairs a day when i was on aromasin for 1 month. my hunger also skyrocketed and i was binging 6000cal a day. i have naturally high DHT levels so you could imagine the abnormal levels i would have had on aromasin

also aromasin killed my dick, as soon as i went off from it my libidio skyrocketed after a week and i can get boners at the snap of a finger again

however if you desperately need it for heightmaxxing (or roids) then go ahead. im 16 but i havent grown since i was 13, and if i lose my hair its truly over for me. the 1 or 2 inch aromasin would give me is not worth progressing my hairloss a decade earlier

It speeds up MPB if you have MPB.
Otherwise it's completely reverdible
