I’ve been trying past months to get a fringe that suits my face and it has been difficult because hair has been short and not wavy enough, looked like a bowl cut before

It’s long now around 4 inches and more wavy. Should I do anything else or just let it stay like this? I might get a curl perm and get slightly longer hair.

Judging by your face shape you should have a short cut, like 1-2 cm.
