yes im sure, asked the surgeon specifically for a lefort 2 since lf1 is bluepilled as fuck; specifically asked him if he could do it for aesthetics only and he said yes.

They are letting me do bimax for aesthetics just want a crazy price, well I have narrow airway but not much functional issues with it, but still im allowed to get it just way too unaffordable.

I don't have all the money saved up, if I do go ahead with it I will likely get it in early November.
I have a good amount of savings but not 20k yet, maybe by October, unless I make some more shit investments
