Hammer or hands

I tried to experament bonesmashing, i was doing it with a hammer but ive been scrolling on org and people are saying that with fists is better. Naturally i tried it. The first pic is with hammer and the second is with fists.
Ik the diffrence cant be really seen that much bc the fists pic is from my left side and i cant really take a pic like that. Plus the angles and the hammer pic is closer different

tbh fists feel better irl, like the bones feel bigger
