No more berberine or coq10. I don't take metformin either or recommend it. Staying lean and eating healthy imo is enough. Allantoin is just a really good ingredient in moisturisors, urea too

When I watched his book recommendation video, it just seems that Hamza mostly read mainstream books with mediocre covers and titles about bare minimum topics (such as Atomic Habits, Deep Work, etc.) written by *those* people.

Honestly, still no. I haven't played any video games in a month and only watched one movie in the past 3 years and I agree with the race analogy Hamza used.
