Nose has big pores always getting filled up with sebaceous filaments so i have to extract which leads to brutal redness and scarring so i decided to order the accutane. Gonna go on 20mgs for 14 months to get the most results. I do have mild acne too so will be good for that too. Hes also giving me a tube of topical tret idk what ima do wit it Lmk what i should do. Ill be posting monthly updates and whenever it comes too
