Hello dear forum members. To all my friend's, haters, people who knows me, people who doesn't know me, guests to all of you, Happy Men's Mental Health.
To people who thinks june is just pride month; June is Men's mental health awareness month.
Globally around 760.00 men lose their life yearly due to suicide/ killing themself.
That's around 45.000 in a month, 11.000 weekly, 1500 daily and 2 men in a minute.
Men's suicide results are %80 dead. %40 of men never spoke about their mental health which %30 of this %40 men who commited suicide didn't talk ab it bcs of people would see them as weaks and bully them.
Nearly %60 of men experience atleast one trauma in their life which making them highly vulnerable to developing PTSD. Around %14 of men diagnosed with anxiety. %17 struggle with depression. Around %20 struggle with drug addiction. Men are more likely to struggle 3 times more than a women with alcohol addiction.
Even i was so lost and desperate in a point where i hunged myself i passed out but life gave me a last chance.
I lost my friend and i don't want any of you guys to commit suicide or hurt yourself
