Hard max lower gonial angle

My gonial angle as you can see is too big but i actually seem to have a decent enough ramus. Reccomendations to fix it

i dont think it would be possible to decrease gonial angle without making the ramus taller

your chin would be less tall after genio since it would be moved forwards
but your ramus is tall so i doubt your chin to philtrum ratio would be bad afterwards

he doesnt need that his maxilla is good only lower third needs to be dealt with. implants for infras and zygos only thing need to be changed when lower third is fixed

it would be a CL side. would greatly improve your front. not sure though. htn minimum for sure
