I did hard mewing by pushing insanely hard, well it fucked up my overbite which decreased my chin height.

FML I should have done more research before fucking myself up...


HOW CAN I UNFUCK MYSELF AND CORRECT MY BITE? when I correct my bite my chin height increases a bit which is needed....


I ASKED a dentist and said a braces could fix it? im in my 20's

This happened to me too.
I am correcting it now with normal mewing, and only using my back and lower third of the tongue.
U must be doing something. Wrong,u must have pushed your teeth using the tip of your tongue,i did the same.
Believe me only use the back and lower third of your tongue and don't mind where your tip of the tongue rests,it will fix itself automatically.

Also,do lip suction,use lip muscles very slightly to push your upper teeth inwards to fix overbite,do it carefully.

Bro after some google search it turns out that its a DEEP bite... It said that even braces for adults can fix it... I need that chin height that I have lost

How does it even decrease chin height though. What exactly happened to cause that? Doesn't overbite just mean that the top front teeth become goofy?

I’ve been mewing since 16. There was at one point where my maxilla looked better when I was 18, but it pretty much reversed and now it’s flat asides from bimax. Idk why.
