It’s not extreme that’s why I’m not sure if I should bother or try to let it sort itself out. It’s like a few days of solid 8 hr sleep but then some nights of light few hours sleep

I have the same problem and carts would help me sleep a lot, they’re kinda bad tho since you can easily get addicted and makes your tolerance go up fast

Buy a scale, start with a low dose (to check for allergies/contamination), don't mix substances, and don't do it too often

@Saint Casanova just knowing having them at home makes falling asleep more easy even when not taking them, knowing you can just take a pill or even quarter/half of a pill and be guaranteed to fall asleep. Huge anxiety relief lol

Yhh I know how it feels. Even reminding myself that I could get them helps. For me it’s due to anxiety and overthinking making me toss and turn. I’ve always been a light sleeper though naturally
