When you are done your cardio. You will became so hungry and fucking angry all the time.. + You need eat with deficit.. Its fucking hard. If you lose weight by just starving. you will be lose all your fucking muscles which is not wise thing to do.... This is water is wet shit..... I just wanted to rant something lol.

Don't do cardio then and eat high protein high fiber low carb.

tbh it's all about what you eat. I get really fucking hungry if I eat like shit. But I could literally eat 1 kg of roasted broccoli for under 400 kcal. Put an egg or some chicken on top of that and I'll be satiated for almost 4-5 and still be at low kcal.

Just cut out most carbohydrates, bam, i think idk dont take my advice
 
do OMAD, and eat after you do cardio, it will help you a lot, also do something like cycling or swimming because it makes you burn 600-800 calories per hour which is a lot
 
The key to loose weight and became lean is pacient.

Keep losing weight without discourage, you'll see the benefits in the long run.
 
You're supposed to do periodic caloric refeeds (cheat days) to reset hormones and to bust through plateau.

At the very least get an ec stack.
Also 100% you're doing it wrong. The trick is to eat more and be even more active.

There's nothing wrong about feeling hungry and eating a lot even when your goal is to lose weight.
Just don't eat high carb stuff, avoid sugars, and do cardio on a daily basis, and try to challenge yourself by intensifying your cardio perfomance, try breaking your records each week by running more in fewer minutes.

I do exactly that and went from being a lifelong fattie to lean with abs.

I eat a lot of fruits.. and that might be my problem.. I tought it was healthy sugar and its not going effect same way.
 
The problem with your thinking is that you think cravings AREN'T a normal part of dieting. Yes, even brutal cravings. Of course, if you're dieting right, you're getting all your micronutrients, all your brain, red blood cell, retina etc glucose needs (the rest of your body can, but preferrs not to function on ketones), and all your omega fat needs, and despite that, you're still supposed to have cravings. This is simply why losing weight sucks. It's fucking hard. But after 10 times of relapsing my diet with ordering a burger king meal, you soon realize that the long term goal of losing weight blows the seconds of dopamine rush that comes from eating junk food.


What really helped me with dieting is drinking a lot of water, staying the fuck away from the fridge if you live with a family, eating a pickle or a sugar cube whenever you get dessert or salty food cravings. When you satisfy those urges on a miniscule scale, you're fooling your body that you're giving in to those cravings and satisfy the primal urges for sodium and glucose, except you're doing it on such a small scale that it's not going to effect your caloric deficit.


STOP DOING CARDIO, you're already increasing cortisol and lowering testosterone being on a caloric deficit, especially a big one, your body also isn't recovering muscle or bone properly on a deficit.

Cardio doesn't really preserve muscle. Resistance training + high protein does. I'm personally doing a very high deficit of 1200 calories (TDEE is 2500) so I don't bother working out and taxing my body extra. If you're doing a small deficit strength training is how you preserve muscle. I personally don't care about losing some muscle, my legs and ass are huge and I don't mind losing size from them. They actually make me look more feminine and lower body dominant despite my naturally wide frame.
