Hardmax needed for HTN?

Could i ascend to HTN without surgery? Was thinking maybe some implants for my narrow chin and a liplift since its quite thin.

if its not bad he doesnt have to change it with surgery or aim to do so

yeah i think have bigger problems then my ipd

its not ideal from what im seeing+ again his face is not fully visible no one can give a fully accurate rating based on 75% of his face

lips could be a lil redder in last 2 pics. easy fix with red vassaline or some shit
