I always see users talking casually about orbital decompression, facial implants, lefort, LL, vocal cord surgery etc. There are people like curlyheadjames getting surgery when they're clearly bad candidates. There are users getting face transplants like Gaia. Others give instructions on mm projection, implant specifications, and so on.

My question is, how tf are you getting surgeons to agree to this?

I've been turned away by 5/6 at this point, including one that this forum worships. I don't ask for anything extreme, but they refuse to work on me, suggest I have BDD, or try to sell me fillers. In some cases it's an obvious failo but they insist no one notices and it's a waste of money. Only one surgeon agreed, and he's been botching patients lately. I'm getting frustrated tbh

Have you tried Taban for eye area? I don't think he turns people away.

ffs even getting a scar revision on my body was a mission last year. I literally had to yell at my dermatologist. And then he told me he doesn't want to see me for a year.

another plastic surgeon cancelled on me last minute while i was on the way to his office. He sent an email saying he doesn't recommend any surgery and then issued a refund for the consultation. I got so mad I sperged out at his receptionist on the phone

I had to go to 9? surgeons til I found one who was willing to give me rhinoplasty for my bulbous tip and nostrils. They all told me it would look worse if I did it, including well known “expert” rhinoplasty surgeons.
Guess what, I got it done and it looks much better, go figure
