Harmony isn’t ratios or eyes or nose or any one thing it’s how all your features create appeal. high psl features will usually look harmonious but average or bad features can be good depending on your kind of appeal.
Example of this is mccartney

normally his eyes and maxilla would ruin someone but women still liked him because they’re “cute” which is his appeal.
Same thing if you had ogre appeal a big nose wouldn’t have to be bad.
