Harmony

Is there a formula or code to get good harmony like eg: if you have a bad eye color have good eye shape or in terms of harmony is it just kind of random and you just look good with bad features or you don’t. Like how do you obtain harmony

Harmony is largely just genetics. You can hardmax certain features to change them, but harmony is just a genetic gift, and is usually very hard to achieve or replicate with surgery if you don't know what you are doing. It obviously means that your features all work together well to create a good looking face, even if this means you have obvious flaws or weak points.

I would say it largely depends on facial ratios, as well as the type of pheno you are going for, these are two very huge things that give harmony imo. E.g. if you have low bone density, weak jaw area, but good skin, long lash, almond eyes etc etc and very good ratios, even though you have definite 'falios' it matches very well with the pretty-boy pheno so harmony would exist there. Ratios are also always necessary, if you have a bad ratio then you immediately lose harmony (e.g. distance between eyes, distance between eyes and mouth, nose length, philtrum etc.
