I went from 6’ to 6’3 at 18 and all I started doing was intermittent fasting.

By like an inch. I just slept like 10 hours as much as I could. Nothing anymore though.

you can't get taller past puberty. if you grew during ages 18-21 it just means you still hadn't finished puberty. growing taller past puberty is only possible with surgery because the growth plates will be closed when puberty is finished.
