Has anybody actually used 2mm mesotherapy pen for malar pad aqualyx?

Keep seeing people suggest using a 2mm mesotherapy pen to inject fat dissolver in their malar pad rather than the traditional insulin needle since it seems a fuck ton easier and faster without the worry of blinding ur self. anybody ever try using it? in my head it sounds like it wouldnt even reach subq but idk

2mm is not enough you need atleast 6mm in my experience

ye i use 8mm insulin needles but i keep thinking a mesotherapy pen might be easier
