I know its fixable, but I really wonder if someone fixed TMJ-D, then what exactly they did? I will probably consult with specialist soon because this TMJ topic is really subjective in internet environment.

Also Im talking mostly about TMJ problems that cause muscle changes, like masseter tightness and temporalis for example. I dont really mean some very mild, minimal cases that are even harder to find out on your own

i cant even open my mouth full range
my joints click and lock most of the times

ill expand than use msdo to align both jaws, itll alr suffice for most of the tmj issues but when i do dental alignment ig ill stop having to deal with it

I have pretty bad TMJ and Bruxism, It's been a few days trying to fix it at home before I go see a doctor, I try not to chew as much as I can, only open mouth when needed, just generally keeping this shit as rigid as possible and It's not been as bad TBH.

In my case, I can fit 3 fingers in my mouth with minimal problems. But its really that muscle problem that is really annoying me, masseter is tight and bigger than another one due to this, same temporalis muscle. Its making my face look assymetrical on one side.

I will probably see a specialist in less than a month. But I like to do what you are doing too, not trigger the TMJ and muscles connected with this problem. I barely chew, If i have to eat meat for example I cut it into small pieces and use my tongue to swallow. I know it wont fix anything too. Its almost impossible to stop using your masseter muscle too.
