Don't really recommend it. It's just gonna age you alot most likely. Mainly recommend it for gymcells or people that are competing in body building. Kind of anti looksmaxx in a way.

well yk 11 has a better bioavailability when injected and can help to put on size massively but at that point u could just start a steroid cycle tbh

Just recommend going for a lean athletic build ngl. Anything over that is kinda too much. Just eat a good ammount and train good, and you will pretty much gain all the size you need
