I know some things that cause it and how bad it is but I got told too start jutting for my overbite but I’ve heard it causes tmj is this true

if you jut too much it can happen but I don't think that it can fix an overbite? I've never heard of that, correct me if I'm wrong

Jutting itself can’t fix overbite, repeatedly forcing your jaw forward or holding it there for long periods can put extra stress on the TMJ and muscles, just jutt whenever people look at your side but obv don’t jutt if youre Home Alone
