Ive genuinly never seen one even if I go on YouTube,

I mean I know hamza and like one another kid, but that's about it.

Most skinnyfat transformations weren't actually skinnyfat they were built-fat

just go to the gym constantly while eating clean and have normal/high test. Not that difficult at all

yes, you can have stored fat located on certain parts of ur body while others are more thin and weak. This types of things are most likely from poor DHT production and/or lack of testosterone during puberty. + your skin probably dont even reflect light from its darkness.

Skinnyfat is when your average weight,

Your not fat, big, and take up a-lot of space and your usually strong with big forearms and calves

Your not skinny and lean, with abs and veins, or at the very least a flat stomach, like ur keeping ur shirt on at the pool

you have low enough muscle mass to keep you average weight instead of overweight, but high enough fatmass to keep you skinnyfat

your fatmass isn't that much tho so your not exactly large

So basically I trained for 1.5 years and made no progress, maybe a little leg muscle

my bench went from 85-145, and I never really gained muscle, I did lose fat but when I tried to cut I would give up at 20 percent.

to see decent strength gains I had to do a hefty dirty bulk

This was lowk before puberty, my test was 250ng/dl, at the end of the 1.5 years,

My plan is I'm on the skinnier side, So Im gonna maintain until eventually progress stalls, then lean bulk.

when I get the money next month, I will take a testosterone test to see if its in the normal range, I think it is cus sex drive is super high rn and my voice deepened and more signs.

we'll see.

dont bulk, just focus on macros ur gonna build muscle even in a deficit and just start blasting

One tip i give you that was very afficient for me was to never starve yourself and eat slightly ABOVE your bmr (100-300 cals for example) for good muscle production and to get ypur sleep right (go to bed by 9-11 pm). Use pharma if necessary but anything other than that is just cope

focus on a high saturated fat (no seed oils) and high protein for optmal horomal production and you will do great

Usually takes about 6 months to loose all fat and gain a bit of muscle then just maingain for the next 6 months then when a year is there if you diet and train hard enough you’ll be out of that pit
