Has anyone else always felt different

pretty sure I have autism but does anyone just feel like they are manually doing everything in public if that makes sense like almost trying to do what you think looks normal i dont understand how everyone acts the way they do so naturally its like you cant be yourself because then people will think your weird and if you try to act normal it just seems uncanny and awkward its like being trapped we’re only people who are really close to you get to see your real personality
