Has anyone else ever experienced this

I’m falling asleep and I have a pretty vivid dream. It’s like I’m going for a night out, but the alcohol slowly gets stronger (even tho I don’t remember having any in the dream) and eventually I kinda like collapse and ask for help just before. I then actually wake up irl and look around (FULLY CONSCIOUS) and I’m in a hospital type of room with dim lighting and another white bed next to me and a chandelier sort of thing above my head, it took a few seconds to go back to normal and I realised I was actually js staring at my wall.
Anyone ever had anything similar, lowkey super freaked out

I have sleep paralysis a lot especially when not taking stimulants so I get shit like this and 1000x worse, have been dreaming about waking up over and over again and crawling on the floor while suffering from sleep paralysis and hallucinations etc. I get extreme euphoria too and whole body orgasms to the point of pain from the orgasms so it is hard to resist too...

Edit: I have narcolepsy also lol

I get sleep paralysis loads too normally when I’m stressed or took too much melatonin.
But this was weird I was legit hallucinating a whole room and shit. When I get sleep paralysis I just wake up with a sense of dread or like I’m dying and try to shout but obv can’t and then wake up properly, but this time I sat up and started looking around still hallucinating
