I'm from the UK and Surgeons here always look at you like you're mental for wanting something fixed for aesthetic reasons.
I was told by surgeons here that I was fine, it's not too bad and not worth a surgery, but after e-mailing a surgeon who is 'blackpilled' as it's called.. I was told my mandible and chin have a slight retrusion. I'd like my mandible/chin moved forward and the fat around that area to tighten and now I just need to understand whether to get a Sliding Genioplasty or a Bimax? money isn't a mega issue but I would prefer it to be in the U.K.
Has anyone ever seen any good results? If so do you have any surgeon recommendations here in the UK? I can't find a single decent surgeon that understands the aesthetic reasons and I can't find any good results.. most of the ones I have found from the NHS look awful.
Also, what is better for a slightly retruded mandible/chin, a bimax or a sliding genioplasty?
