Has anyone ever tried made minoxidil from powder into topical solution?

i just bought ingredients to make it, like Propylene Glycol,ethanol,sterile water,raw minoxidil powder(10gr). I Made this because topical minoxidil in my country too expensive and must get prescription to buy it, DIY is cheaper like 5 dollar while topical minoxidil cost 23 dollar
