Well the narrow jaw causes the poor bigonial width my need my gonions to flare outward by bonesmashing to get somewhat ideal lower third instead of a feminine recessed one , but either bsing takes forever or it’s not working

How would a bimax fix my problem all that would do is align my jaw and bite it would expand my lower jaw and the thing is jaw surgery isn’t need to htn for me im tryna see what softmaxes I can do before hardmaxing which is insane especially when its 25k+
