Over the past number of weeks, my upper arch of teeth have been moved downwards by 2mm and my lower arch have been moved upwards by 2mm (judging from the plan I viewed) in order to close my open bite.
So my upper arch of teeth should have 2mm more tooth show and when I smile I see no issues with this level of tooth show
The issue is that when I relax my mouth or leave my mouth slightly open, I notice the increase in tooth show of my 2 front teeth and it looks like too much for my liking because it creates a buck tooth look that my face has a tendency towards even tho the arch has been widened, it may be due to my narrow mouth soft tissue wise.
So now I notice that the distance from the bottom of my front teeth to my nose has increased by 2mm, which is not good since this distance was already too much for my face because I have quite a long philtrum
I'm till awaiting surgery, is there any way to shorten the philtrum region with lefort?
