The recovery of BSSO is less "painful" than Bimax, but I think for a true ascension you should take forward even if few millimeters also the maxilla for Anteface.

I don't know for BSSO, but consider the recovery of Bimax is not so hard: in 30 days 90% of swelling go away and you can eat solid food (like meat) after 3 weeks.
It totally worth it in my opinion.
