Has anyone had whole face thinning after topical steroid use for thinner nose?

There are some reports on here, to the effect that a cycle of topical corticosteroid applied on nose, could help thin the skin there.

The experience has been done by @Senssei, which combined a course of corticosteroids, retin-a, and Latisse, all on nose.

However, he dropped the corticosteroid use early on.

I wonder if using this on nose ONLY, for like 20-30 days, will MIGRATE to rest of face, thus MAKING FACIAL SKIN THINNER EVERYWHERE, which we don't want?
