I know that it's probably one of the most extreme surgeries out there, rarely performed for cosmetic purposes but @CosmicMaxxer got it done so I suppose some of you suicidal esratiocels may have at least consulted it. Asking since I hate how my es ratio of 0.43 destroys my front (I've been told by a girl irl that my side is very gl but my front side of face is not that good
