Overall liposuction mogs kybella but kybella sort of works after a few sessions

Nah that’s a while different procedure. Buccal fat they surgically remove the fat pad with an incision. Kybella they inject fat dissolving properties. Will probably end up getting buccal fat removal tho even though mine isn’t that bad.
