Thats because there is a pattern of what people who need rhinoplasties look like. 95%+ of people with fully formed forward grown faces dont need rhinoplasty.

Its the people with recessed skulls who need their jaw and maxilla pulled forward, not their nose pressed backwards.

its usually a combination of both. it ultimately depends on the individual.

I had a closed rhinoplasty Feb this year. Definitely was an improvement, but I'm still not super happy with it. I guess I realized that my chin and jaw area being semi-weak still lead to an imbalanced face. I'd recommend asking the surgeon what they'd recommend because I went to a surgeon that didn't offer chin implants and I'm regretting it going to have to get my jaw and chin done now.

Google: Radix cartilage graft, yes its permanent.

DO NOT GET THIS FIRST THOUGH.

You can get a temporary filler that isn't too expensive, so you see first if you like the look enough, to want it permanently.

Make sure you show them exactly what look you want too. A higher than average + wider than average Nasion on men is very masculine and attractive, so thats the look I recommend you go for. PM me if you want a morph of this too.

Careful with paranasal implants, they fucked your face up a bit because of the paranasal not lining up with your teeth anymore.

This is what facemaxxed said about his paranasal implants:
'if I smile or talk the soft tissue in the cheek area bunches together and makes my face look bloated,mouth area recessed. if I keep my mouth shut or pouted it helps prevent this.'

Afterwards he expressed regret, that he did the paranasal implants, although he liked his zygo implant results.

It just looks sorta weird the most behind behind the paranasal, because this never happens on natural faces, so when you see it, it looks very unnatural. Probably looks even more unnatural in motion than it does on those 2 pics.

Yes both zygo and paranasal were custom implants from eppley.

I'm same, with implants the only good ones are on the zygo IMO. Everything else will be reshaped by osteotomy or cartilage for me.

I think chin and Jaw fillers are fine.
Tom Cruises jaw implants were good but I have seen some bad jaw implants

Yep, most of them are terrible looking unfortunately. For all we know, he might have had Chin Wing/fillers himself, its unconfirmed how he augmented his jaw.
