usually only with fucking retards who didn’t need surgery in the first place. If you are 4/10 and below with a major failo that’s what surgery is for. Also go to a famous one that is highly reputable and honestly don’t worry about it like if the surgery could change your life it’s worth the risk.

This is probably like 3 weeks after surgery when eyelid surgeries take 5 months to see results. At first eyelids will go up to permasquint, then they retract to below where they were before, and then they go upwards again as they heal and end up looking natural. I’m sure he looks normal now

Not botched aesthetically but (i) the ears have relapsed a bit and (ii) i lost sensation in my right ear.

The anaesthetic on my liposuction surgery failed (maybe not enough used?) so was being drilled raw, literally the most painful thing you can experience. Shit nearly killed me.

Anyway the surgeon called my surgery off early. However he didnt offer me a revision.

I had to beg and negotiate for almost a year before he gave it to me and had to spend £1600 extra.

He also purposely left my lower back so have to go back again and negotiate, we even signed an agreement for the lower back to be done.

Basically if you are an ugly ethnic male expect to be treated with disdain and you have to prove your worth for the surgery.

A tactic some surgeons use is to charge you extra, or underperform so you have to pay for a revision or give you cope surgeries. Its why the surgeons character is just as important as his skill.

Overall the results are amazing and the best i have seen anywhere and i always get complimented on it, so i just count my blessings and trod through it.

The dude is happy with genio, his philtrum to chin ratio is literally 5 MINIMUM, when i told him it look like shit he said "it's dimorphism bro"

Tried to saved him and tell him get bimax but he coped hard

I think when people get botched they love coping thinking they look good while not

I also asked him if he have suicide tendencies which he confirmed me

Looks way better after bloat wears off. His recent pics are a definite improvement. I really don't know if I'd say it's worth the 25k investment but that isn't my decision to make.

I was thinking of doing rhino + oto at once as well but decided against it for this reason, I would rather have a specialist in each of those areas do it instead in separate procedures

also did the surgeon tell you that he didnt have experience with oto?
