thats like 10 kilometres iircIf you have a lot of free time and you’ve been struggling to lose weight I recommend walking everyday.
I did 20k steps every single day for 2 months and burned a ton of body fat. 20k steps would burn 1,000+ calories for someone your height. Walking won’t make you hungrier, combine that with a calorie deficit and you’ll lose fat fast.
I did this at the beginning of COVID when gyms were closed and I was cutting for the summer.

Thanks man. Can I ask how much you have lost and how many calories you normally eat?Yes, I have lost weight and I can give some advice
1. Makes it much easier if you focus on total weekly calories rather than daily. Meaning you eat a lot more on some days (as much as you want really) but cut back on the other days. The easiest for me is 3 days of the week I eat a lot less (between 800-1200 calories) The remaining days I eat normal .This will trick the body into thinking it's getting plenty of food and not slow down metabolic rate.
2. Keep track of calories and limit sugar to no more than 30 grams if possible (average person eats twice that amount
3 Salt is important too. Salt makes you bloated
4. Pick one food and completely eliminate it. I'm going to say French Fries, simply because they taste way too good, are full of salt, and are bad for the heart
5.Exercise, but not hard everyday. Pick 1 or 2 days for hard exercise. Rest of the week do regular exercise (housework, chores, simple living, etc)
These steps have worked for me.
