5 years on PSL and I've yet to see a before and after pic of someone who has successfully grown their neck with resistance training

I started training mine seriously a month ago and will record my progress each month

Neck training is a meme. It grows fast, but it also shrinks the fastest compared to the other muscles. You are mostly gonna be stuck with your baseline neck unless u train it religiously

I did grow to 43-44 cm, but growing beyond that is very hard. I think I need to train sides of neck more.

Neckmaxxing is super legit, but its hard to get to point where neck is wider than face even in relaxed position.

Aiming for 46 cm.
