I just bought a 0.5 derma roller for my acne scarring. Ive finally cleared up 99% of my acne but the scarring failos me hard. Has anyone here tried it? Which size needle did you use?

No, benzoyl peroxide and LED light therapy did. Im using the dermaroller to fix the scars. I used the 0.5 a few days ago. No results yet. Ill try 1mm next time.

Dermaroll can't do anything to your atrophic scars, dermaroll only resurface your skin, thickin up epidermis. You need fillers and several subcision sessions to raise your atrophic scars. Then you can go for dermaroll, lasers, chemical peelings.

DOOOOOOON'T do it. Personal experience. I've done micro needling at home, at a clinic, I've had rf radio frequency needles, and c02 lasers.
